A Case for Affirmative Action

I don't want to take your job Mr Man. I want a fair chance to compete for the jobs that are available. I don't want to take your seat in the University, I want to fairly compete for the vacant seat. After all, it's not YOUR job, and it's not YOUR seat. If you didn't automatically assume it was we wouldn't need Affirmative Action.
